Description

Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned to business growth objectives and commercial targets.
Manage the marketing budget, track ROI and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
Create and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email marketing, advertising and events.
Own the development of marketing collateral, website performance, SEO initiatives and content strategy.
Build and optimise lead generation activities, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to the sales function.
Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
Lead, coach and develop marketing team capability while championing marketing initiatives across the wider business.Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within a B2B, technical, manufacturing or construction-related environment.
Demonstrable success in developing and delivering marketing strategies that support commercial growth.
Strong experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media and advertising platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems and lead generation best practices.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex products or services into compelling customer-focused messaging.
Experience managing budgets, multiple stakeholders and external agency relationships.

Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on the level of experience (with potential for up to £60,000 for the right candidate).
Hybrid working arrangement offering flexibility with maximum of 3 days onsite.
