Administrative support to the contracts team, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation.
Manage and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, and managing busy diaries.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to assist with their projects.
Maintain databases and ensure all records are kept up to date.
Process invoices and chase payments.
Assist in compliance checks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.About you:

Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
