The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a growing customer-focused sales team.
This position plays a key role in supporting business growth by engaging with both existing and prospective customers, providing expert guidance, and helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, your duties will include:
* Handling inbound customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Educating customers on a range of products and services.
* Following up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns and customer interest.
* Conducting outbound sales activity to convert enquiries into sales opportunities (no cold calling).
* Responding to customer enquiries via live chat and other communication channels.
* Building strong relationships with prospective customers.
* Working across multiple product offerings in a confident and efficient manner.
* Accurately maintaining customer records and progressing enquiries to completion.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* At least 12 months' experience within a sales or customer-focused environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A confident and friendly telephone manner.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and positive attitude.
* Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
