THE OPPORTUNITY
This global medical technology business is looking to strengthen its UK&I sales team with the appointment of a General Surgery Territory Manager covering Scotland.
This is a customer-facing sales position focused on developing business across a defined territory. You'll build relationships with surgical professionals, identify commercial opportunities and support customers throughout the sales process.
A key part of the position will be providing hands-on support within clinical environments, including product demonstrations, training and assistance during surgical procedures. You'll also be responsible for arranging product evaluations, progressing opportunities and developing existing accounts.
Alongside customer activity, you'll maintain an accurate sales pipeline through Salesforce, contribute to territory planning and represent the business at relevant conferences, exhibitions and industry events.
CANDIDARE REQUIREMENTS:
Either surgical or medical devices sales experience
OR ODPs / theatre nurses seeking a new challenge
Degree-level education or equivalent
Experience using CRM systems advantageous
Strong communication and presentation ability
A commercially driven approach with a clear focus on results
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a wider team
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Willingness to travel extensively across ScotlandTHE PACKAGE
£35,000-£50,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
£28,000+ bonus
£550 monthly car allowance
