Our client is a successful and growing organisation seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of the team, you'll act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and orders are processed accurately from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Building positive customer relationships
* Resolving queries and service issues professionally
* Maintaining accurate CRM records
* Supporting quotations and customer pricing enquiries
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Assisting with logistics and stock-related administration
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes
* Providing general administrative support
What We're Looking For
* Previous customer service and administration experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience using CRM systems
* SAP Business One experience would be advantageous
* A positive, proactive and solution-focused approach
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
