Our Client is a dynamic, innovative, and established Fresh Food business who has grown to become a market leader in the sourcing, production, and distribution of fresh produce to some of the UK's leading retailers. Their Group Responsible Sourcing team is looking for a Technical Compliance Coordinator based in Kent, working full-time

The Technical Compliance Coordinator role will take ownership of compliance across a wide range of fresh produce products, geographies, and suppliers, ensuring food safety, ethical due diligence, and monitoring environmental impacts. The Technical Compliance Coordinator will drive continuous improvement, and provide clear direction to ensure compliance standards are achieved and maintained

Requirements;

Previous experience in a Technical Compliance position, within Fresh Produce / Food environments

Awareness of food safety, ethical due diligence, and monitoring environmental impacts

Knowledge of and confident to work to & achieve BRC standards and Red Tractor standards

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels

Driven, energetic, and passionate about achieving results

Driving Licence is essential due to travel across sites

Salary; Dependent on experience

Hours; Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm, but flexibility required
