Toolroom Engineer required for 12month contract, within the Operations Team, focusing on aligning the role with agile practices, industry standards, and project plans.
Objectives
* To work with in a busy Tool Room, providing support to all areas of Production and Mould Shop.
* Main responsibilities include set up and operate equipment including CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Grinders and tool room machining equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture and fit quality parts for production jigs, fixtures and tooling
* Inspect work visually or with appropriate measuring tools
* Perform applicable tool, jig and fixtures repair and maintenance – both preventative and responsive
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* To support daily production as required
Details:
* Based full time on site in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire with other members of the Toolroom team
* Working hours: Mon to Thurs 7:10/7:55 to 16:10/16:55, Fri 7:10/7:55 to 12:10/12:55 - Flexible
* Duration of Contract: 12 months
* Proposed Start Date: ASAP
