The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the branch
* Service customers over the trade counter and over the telephone
* Provide good customer service and good advice on products for their customers
* Make proactive sales calls to new and existing customers
* Helping out in the yard when needed and operate and forklift truck for unloading and loading vehicles
The ideal candidate would need to have a good knowledge of building materials and have a good understanding or the construction supplies industry.
