Key responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion
Handling day-to-day client communication and correspondence
Liaising with solicitors, clients, lenders and other relevant parties
Progressing transactions and ensuring key deadlines are met
Preparing and reviewing relevant legal documentation
Providing a high level of client service throughout the conveyancing processThe ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Residential Conveyancing and be comfortable managing their own workload and progressing matters.
