Role Overview:
The Structural Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, analysis and delivery of structural solutions across a range of bridge and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will contribute to both new build and refurbishment schemes, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake structural design and analysis for bridge and steel structures
* Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical reports in line with industry standards
* Lead design reviews and provide technical assurance.
* Ensure compliance with Eurocodes and British Standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
* Assist in site inspections and assessments where required
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant design standards
Experience required:
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) – MIStructE or MICE.
* Proven track record delivering projects from concept through to construction.
* Experience leading structural delivery on projects ranging from £1-10m
* Strong design capability in different materials.
Working Arrangements:
This role offers hybrid working; however, the ability to travel to the Nottingham HO is expected.
