Overview
We’re looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our team in Tamworth.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our commercial customers through their claims journey, managing a variety of motor claims from start to finish.
How you'll make an impact
- Handle a portfolio of motor damage, credit hire, and injury claims from first notification to settlement.
- Make decisions on fraud, liability, and claim value, including managing cases through litigation.
- Communicate with clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives via phone and email.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support less experienced team members by handling referrals and sharing your expertise.
About You
- Experience in proactive motor claims handling.
- Motor damage and credit hire claims experience.
- Familiar with OICP and MOJ Portal Claims.
- Great attention to detail and customer service.
- Elgible to work in the UK.
