What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading a dedicated team of Support Workers across 2 homes, based in Leatherhead and Ashtead
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of 2 supported living homes
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
• Driving quality outcomes and continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with families, professionals & stakeholders
• Coaching and mentoring your team to thrive

You’ll be in charge of supporting amazing individuals in their own homes. You won’t be alone — you’ll be leading a passionate, caring team.
