We are now seeking one exceptional Senior Engineer to join our core delivery team - a professional who shares our obsession with precision, detail and craftsmanship.
The Opportunity
You'll lead the technical delivery of high-value automation, cinema and networking systems, taking projects from first fix through to final calibration and handover.
You will have the authority to shape installation standards, mentor junior engineers and ensure every Modus Vivendi system performs flawlessly - technically and aesthetically.
What You'll Do
Install, configure and commission Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Rako, Cisco and Ruckus systems to reference standard.
Deliver multi-room audio, home cinema and lighting-control systems within prime and super-prime residential projects.
Translate technical drawings and schematics into immaculate on-site execution.
Lead client demonstrations, testing and handover with confidence and professionalism.
Support junior engineers and uphold Modus Vivendi's uncompromising quality benchmarks.
Represent the brand on-site - calm, polished, solutions-driven, and always reliable.
About You
5+ years' experience in high-end residential AV / smart home integration.
Expert knowledge of Crestron, Control4 and Lutron programming and commissioning.
Deep understanding of network infrastructure and system connectivity.
A meticulous engineer who values craftsmanship as much as code.
Excellent communicator with clients, contractors and designers alike.
Independent, structured and composed under pressure.
Full UK driving licence - ideally based within 25 miles of Maidstone.

£50,000 - £60,000 salary (dependent on experience)
