What the role involves

Working closely with US clients hiring within cloud technology and digital transformation

Building strong relationships with hiring managers and understanding their requirements

Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates end-to-end

Writing adverts, interviewing candidates, and supporting live roles
*
Learning to run your own desk and build a network within a high-fee US market
*
Using modern recruitment tools, databases, and search platforms
