Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a Temporary Administrator on behalf of a well-established, family-run business based in Denny.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a varied role within a friendly and supportive team. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, providing administrative support across a range of business functions.

The Role

Duties will include:

Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
Processing invoices and raising purchase orders using Sage
Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
Updating spreadsheets and preparing business documents
Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries.
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the office
Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office coordination.About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous office administration experience?
Has hands-on experience using Sage?
Is confident raising and processing purchase orders?
Possesses strong IT, communication and organisational skills.
Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy?
Can work independently and manage their workload effectively.
Enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team.
