Our client is a high-growth, creator-led marketing agency supporting digitally native DTC brands across beauty, wellness and lifestyle to scale through performance-driven content. As they expand, they are strengthening their outbound sales function.
About the Role
They are hiring a commercially driven SDR to build qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, engage senior decision-makers, and convert conversations into booked meetings in a target-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target brands aligned with the ideal customer profile
- Build and manage structured prospect lists across priority sectors
- Execute personalised outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email and relevant channels
- Initiate high-quality commercial conversations with founders and marketing leaders
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, budget and timing
- Book strong-fit meetings for senior sales stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Track outreach performance and pipeline metrics
- Refine messaging based on response data and market feedback
- Contribute ideas to improve outbound strategy and sales processes
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years in sales, business development, SDR, BDR or growth roles
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and stakeholders
- Experience working in a startup, agency, marketing or SaaS environment preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Apollo or similar)
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
- Understanding of performance marketing, paid social or creator-led content is advantageous
Pay range and compensation package:
£33,000 - £40,000 + commission
