We’re Hiring: Property Administrator – Property & Facilities Management
Manchester (City Centre) | Full-time | Commercial Property
An established and growing commercial property consultancy is seeking a Surveying Executive to join its Property & Facilities Management team in Manchester.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio. You’ll work closely with Property Managers, Facilities teams and Finance colleagues to ensure assets are managed efficiently, compliantly and to a high professional standard.
🏢 The Role
You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day operational and financial management of client portfolios, including:
- Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance
- Liaising with tenants, clients and contractors
- Supporting compliance tracking (H&S, fire risk, EPCs, insurance renewals)
- Managing utility renewals, change of tenancies and recharges
- Reviewing supplier invoices and supporting budget processes
- Preparing management reports (arrears, KPIs, compliance updates)
- Maintaining accurate property and lease data
✅ About You
- Experience in commercial property or facilities management
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing compliance and administrative processes
- Financially aware, comfortable reviewing invoices and budgets
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office; property systems experience desirable)
- Proactive, professional and service-focused
