About the Project
Our client, a Tier 1 Main contractor are delivering a landmark £25m hotel redevelopment in Coulsdon, transforming a key site into a high‑quality hospitality destination.
we are seeking a proactive, organised but flexible Site Administrator to support the site team and help ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day operation which is due to commence in the next few weeks.
It's a great opportunity to start on a project from day One and become part of a qualitity team.
The Role
This is a central role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a fast‑paced site environment. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, provide essential administrative support to the project team, and maintain the systems and processes that keep the site operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining all site documentation in line with company and project standards
* Uploading, filing, and managing records within the project management system
* Ordering and managing stationery and office supplies
* Greeting visitors professionally and providing refreshments as required
* Coordinating and accurately recording all site inductions
* Supporting the site team with general administrative duties
* Helping to maintain an organised, efficient, and compliant site office environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism and a positive, approachable manner. You’ll thrive in a construction setting, enjoy supporting a team, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Construction Site experience would be prefered.
Ideal Qualities
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Confident using digital systems and document management platforms
* Friendly, approachable, and comfortable welcoming clients and visitors
* Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively
* Previous construction or site‑based administration experience is beneficial but not essential
