The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We are currently supporting a major international energy project and are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team on a 12-month contract based in London.
This is a key support role within a busy project environment, focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong communication, and effective coordination across a large, international team.
Key Requirements
Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential
Proven experience in administration, coordination, or project support roles
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident working with international stakeholdersThe Role You will act as a central point of support for the project team, helping to maintain structure, communication, and organisation across all activities. Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day project communications across internal and external stakeholders
Setting up and maintaining systems including MS Teams, SharePoint, shared inboxes, and distribution lists
Coordinating meetings end-to-end (scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, follow-ups)
Supporting onboarding of new team members and ensuring smooth integration into the project
Maintaining document control, filing systems, and project trackers
Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and general administrative processes
Organising project events, meetings, and logistical arrangementsThis is a fast-paced, collaborative project with multiple workstreams running in parallel. It will suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, can take ownership of tasks, and is comfortable supporting a large team.
