They primarily work on projects within the Residential sectors but are by no means limited to this. Typically their work will encompass the refurbishment of existing Residential schemes, however in recent years they have progressively worked on more new-builds as they look to diversify their workload.

Specific criteria are as follows:
·ARB Registered (Experienced Part 2 Assistants will be considered)
·Minimum 2 years Industry experience.
·Experience working on Residential-focused projects.
·REVIT experience preferred.
·Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
·Excellent verbal and Written communication skills are essential.
·Ability to work independently or as part of a wider team of Designers/Technicians.
A competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate at circa £38,000-£45,000 (negotiable dependent on experience).
