The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Our client is looking for a highly organised Real Estate Lease Administrator to support the management of a diverse property portfolio across the UK and Denmark.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property manager, lease administrator or real estate administrator who enjoys working with lease documentation, financial administration and property data. You’ll play an important role in keeping the portfolio running smoothly, ensuring key dates, rental payments and tenant information are managed accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:
Manage day-to-day lease administration, maintaining accurate records across the property portfolio and ensuring lease information is correctly recorded in internal systems.
Monitor key lease dates, including expiries, break clauses, rent reviews, renewals and notice periods, working closely with the Property Manager and wider real estate team.
Prepare monthly rental invoices and monitor contractual rent, service charges, insurance, business rates and other recoverable costs.
Act as an administrative point of contact for tenants, handling property management and lease administration queries professionally and efficiently.
Profile:
Fluent Danish and English speaker
Previous experience as a Lease Administrator, Property Manager, Real Estate Administrator or in a similar commercial property role.
Confident working with lease documentation, contractual information, Excel and Microsoft Office, with an understanding of property management software.
Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
