Staffline is recruiting General Operatives in Lincoln.
This is an ongoing position!
The rate of pay is £13.10 per hour.
This is a full-time role working on rotating shifts, 2 days/2nights on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
The hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a General Operative you will be responsible for:
- Hand pack products in primary packing from tables
- Manually stack pallets with equipment provided
- Wrap pallets using manual stretch wrapper
- Move waste bins using waste bin management system
- Input data into system
- General wall / floor cleaning and tidying of all manufacturing areas
- Basic equipment cleaning, supporting both product and flavour changes
- Collect product samples for testing and complete simple testing
- The above lists are not exhaustive and you will be required to complete other duties from time to time.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be a confident communicator with a positive self-starter attitude who is conscientious and focused on results. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and engage with production teams.
Applicants will be organised, flexible and proactive. You will have basic maths, reading and computer skills.
