About This Role
We’re looking for caring and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join a brand-new care team, supporting a young man in his teens with complex care needs in his family home in Nelson.
He enjoys spending time with his family and being close to those around him. He loves watching his favourite shows, especially Horrid Henry and Ben and Holly, and enjoys having familiar people around him.
You’ll provide 1:1 overnight support, including personal care, repositioning and ensuring his comfort, safety and wellbeing throughout the night.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a positive and trusting relationship with him and his family while making a genuine difference every night.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
* Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
* Have the right to work in the UK*
* Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
* Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
