Year 5 Teacher - The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Year 5 Teacher to join a strong KS2 team. You will be responsible for preparing pupils for the transition into Year 6, using assessment data to inform planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum. The role involves supporting pupils of all abilities, including SEN, and maintaining high expectations around behaviour and outcomes.
