JOB INFORMATION - Commercial Gas Engineer / Mechanical Engineer PART TIME
Based from home and working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical / plantroom maintenance
You would be responsible for carrying out PPM Schedules and meeting set KPI Targets covering high end apartments blocks (communial heating systems) and offices.
24 hour rota for emergency call out 1 in 7
23 days annual leave,

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Commercial Gas Engineer / mechanical engineer PART TIME
Recognised industry qualifications including ACS tickets
Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate
Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems and mechanical systems
Experience of working on HVAC maintenance contracts previously would be advantegious but is not essential
