We're looking for a motivated Junior Luxury Car Sales Executive to join our prestigious automotive dealership in Kensington, London.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a high-earning career in luxury automotive sales, representing some of the most desirable vehicles and brands in the world.
You don't necessarily need previous automotive sales experience. We're open to candidates from sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment, property, customer service or other customer-facing backgrounds who have the right attitude, ambition and personality.
What matters most is your passion for cars, ability to connect with people and hunger to succeed.
With a £25,000 basic salary, £60,000 OTE and uncapped commission, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious salesperson to develop quickly and build a highly rewarding career.
The Opportunity
You'll learn every aspect of luxury vehicle sales, working alongside an experienced team and receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support.
From welcoming customers into the showroom and understanding their requirements, through to presenting vehicles, conducting test drives and closing sales, you'll develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful luxury automotive sales professional.
You'll also have the opportunity to build your own customer relationships, generate repeat and referral business and develop a valuable client network over time.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers into the showroom and deliver a professional, personable experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend vehicles based on their individual needs and lifestyle.
Present vehicles confidently and conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Respond to and follow up showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Develop your own pipeline of prospective customers and sales opportunities.
Learn how to present finance, warranty, protection and aftersales products.
Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.
Stay up to date with vehicle specifications, features and the wider luxury automotive market.
Ensure vehicles and showroom displays are presented to an exceptional standard.
Work closely with the wider dealership team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive experience is not essential.
We're interested in ambitious individuals who can demonstrate the potential to become exceptional luxury sales professionals.
Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment, property, premium/luxury retail or customer service would be advantageous, but attitude and potential are equally important.
You'll ideally have:
