What You'll Do:
As our Buildings and Facilities Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in keeping our educational space thriving! Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our buildings and facilities
Conducting regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
Coordinating maintenance and repair work with contractors and service providers
Managing a small team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld throughout the premises
Collaborating with school staff to address any facilities-related needs or concerns
Assisting in the planning and execution of school events and activities
Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and facility usage
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also passionate about creating an inspiring environment for students and staff. You should have:
Previous experience in facilities management, ideally within an educational setting
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
