HRLife is excited to be working with a successful, multi-site business to find their next HR Business Partner. You'll enjoy being visible, adding value and partnering with a number of diverse business units to create a positive, high performing workforce.
Working as part of a wider HR team, this is a broad generalist role where no two days are the same and would suit someone who is used to getting stuck in to the day to day as well as embedding new ways of working and getting involved in wider HR projects. Your key responsibilities will include;
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand their teams and business priorities and help shape and influence business decisions
- Lead on all ER cases to ensure positive outcomes
- Embed L&D initiatives and deliver training sessions to ensure employees feel supported and developed
- Work with managers on succession planning and talent management initiatives
- Using data and reports to analyse trends to identify any issues and provide proactive solutions to managers
- Support with attracting talent, ensuring the right people are hired into the right roles
- Support with any business acquisitions and integrations / TUPE transfers
- Looking at outcomes from the engagement survey and translating them into actions and improvements and working with managers to embed them

If you love working closely with your managers, 'making a difference' and getting close to business decisions then we'd love to hear from you. You'll enjoy visiting different sites, not stuck to the desk or office and will have the autonomy to plan your own diary. A typical week will involve 3 days in the office or meeting your managers on site and 2 days at home. You'll be based in their Surrey office two days a week and will need to travel every other week to Hampshire / Dorset or Hertfordshire.
CIPD Level 5 would be an advantage.
Salary - c.50k plus car allowance and benefits.
