As Room Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education while supporting your team and building strong relationships with children and their families.
About You
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
* Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
* Leadership or supervisory experience.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
* Positive, organised, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
