QTS - essential for this teaching position
Previous experience teaching in a primary school
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
Confident and consistent behaviour management
Ability to quickly build positive rapport with pupils and staff
Strong classroom presence and the ability to take full responsibility for a class
Good awareness of safeguarding procedures and pupil welfare
Allergy and Anaphylaxis training/awareness
Ability to adapt confidently to different schools, year groups and classroom environments
