Search Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a specialist medical packaging client based in Deeside
This is a hands-on, repetitive production role where good hand dexterity, patience and attention to detail are essential. You will be preparing and assembling card boxes used within the medical packaging industry.
The Role
Preparing and assembling card boxes for medical packaging
Carrying out repetitive production and packaging tasks
Using your hands to accurately fold, prepare and assemble packaging
Checking products for quality and accuracy
Working efficiently to meet production targets
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
Working as part of a production team
About You
Nimble and confident using your hands
Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
Previous production, packaging, assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
