Key Responsibilities:

Run monthly payroll for 26+ employees
Manage freelancer invoicing
Maintain accurate records using Xero
Process purchase invoices and receipts
Reconcile company cards and carry out internal checks
Raise sales invoices and monitor accounts receivable
Handle credit control, including chasing outstanding payments
Liaise with client finance teams
Reconcile multiple accounts in Xero
Assist with month-end processes
Support financial tracking across projects

The Person

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant who is organised, proactive and confident working with numbers.

You’ll need:

2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Strong working knowledge of Xero
Payroll experience (SAGE or Xero preferred)
Good understanding of credit control
Experience supporting month-end
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
High attention to detail
Confidence working independently
Working towards AAT, CIMA, or ACCA is expected
