About the Role
TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Commercial Manager to support a major Transmission & Renewables portfolio across South Wales and the South West. This role will oversee multiple projects within the energy infrastructure sector, including substation works up to 400kV.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial strategy and delivery across multiple projects
Manage and mentor commercial teams (MQS, SQS, QS, AQS)
Drive CVR reporting, forecasting and cashflow performance
Lead tender reviews, risk identification and opportunity management
Ensure contractual compliance (NEC3/NEC4, JCT, FIDIC)
Build strong client and supply chain relationships
Support procurement and dispute resolution
Collaborate with project and finance teams to optimise performanceRequirements
Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or similar leadership role
Strong background in infrastructure, utilities or energy projects
Experience working on National Grid / substation projects (desirable)
Expert knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC4 Option E highly desirable)
Degree qualified (or equivalent experience)
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travelAdditional Info
