We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a project in Bristol, involving the tanking of a new car park and associated flagging works.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor on a live scheme, taking full responsibility for site delivery, programme and health & safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Overseeing tanking / waterproofing works to car park structure
* Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
* Maintaining site records, RAMS and QA documentation
* Liaising with clients, engineers and stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils / groundworks
* Experience with tanking, waterproofing or car park structures (highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of site health & safety and compliance
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* Full UK Driving Licence
Salary description
£400.00 - £400.00 per day
