Have you worked in this environment before? Have knowledge of MOT testing? Parts & warranty, service and maintenance repairs? You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the service department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer interactions with a cheerful and positive attitude, ensuring that every visitor experiences exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with enthusiasm.
Manage customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Provide updates to customers regarding service status and recommendations.
Handle payments and invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed.
