What would your responsibilities be at Franklin Fitch as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
* Generating new business through research and business development
* Actively sourcing new candidates through headhunt calls and LinkedIn
* Interviewing and mentoring candidates as they progress and speak with your clients
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with your client and candidate base
* Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets
* Make placements and collect the commission!
What are the required skills to become a Franklin Fitch Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
* Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
* Experience working alongside education – hospitality, retail, sales, internships, etc.
* Demonstrated excellence in something – sports, music, work, academics, etc.
* Passionate about building a long-term career
* Naturally competitive and driven
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities
