How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Launch your career in Executive Search with a global specialist.

An established international executive search firm is seeking an ambitious graduate to join its growing team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving complex problems and wants to develop a long-term career in executive search.

The firm partners with leading organisations across the private equity, venture capital and alternative investment sectors, helping clients identify and secure exceptional talent. With offices in London, Germany, Mexico and Hong Kong, it delivers assignments on a truly global scale, working with boutique investment firms through to multinational financial services organisations.

Its reputation has been built on integrity, exceptional market knowledge and long-term relationships, with clients returning time and again for a consultative, people-first approach.

    About the Opportunity

Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging outstanding professionals for senior-level appointments. You'll gain exposure to global financial markets, develop commercial awareness and learn the fundamentals of executive search from experienced consultants.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a rewarding career in a high-performance, relationship-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and identify high-calibre professionals across target markets
    • Build talent maps and identify candidates within relevant organisations
    • Proactively engage prospective candidates by telephone and through professional networking
    • Conduct initial candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for assignments
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers
    • Support executive search projects through market research, data gathering and competitor analysis
    • Manage assignment administration, candidate records and database updates with exceptional accuracy

    About You

    The successful candidate will be:

    • A graduate with a strong bachelor's degree
    • Naturally curious, proactive and eager to learn
    • An excellent communicator with confidence speaking to senior professionals
    • Organised, methodical and highly detail-oriented
    • Relationship-focused, with the ability to build trust and credibility
    • Self-motivated with resilience, drive and determination to succeed
    • Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information with complete integrity
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • Eligible to work in the UK
    • A second European language would be advantageous but is not essential

    Experience

Previous experience is not essential. Applications are welcomed from graduates who demonstrate strong academic achievement, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in executive search, recruitment, financial services or professional services.

Experience in recruitment, sales, customer-facing roles, internships or financial services would be beneficial but is not required.

    What You'll Gain

This is more than a graduate role—it's the opportunity to begin a career in executive search with a respected international firm.

    You'll benefit from:

    • Comprehensive training and mentoring from experienced executive search professionals
    • Exposure to global private equity, venture capital and alternative investment markets
    • Clear career progression within a growing international business
    • A collaborative, supportive and high-performing team environment
    • The opportunity to build a valuable professional network from the very start of your career

If you're an ambitious graduate looking to develop a career where research, relationship building and commercial thinking come together, this is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with an outstanding reputation and a genuinely international outlook.
