Your new adventure:
You'll be the face of every project you take on. You'll meet clients in our showroom and in their homes, measure and survey on site, bring your designs to life then price and present with confidence through to a high-value order.
Once signed, our project managers handle ordering and the operational detail, while you remain your client's trusted contact through to installation. That continuity is why clients return and recommend us, and why our designers' conversion rates climb as their reputation grows.
You'll have a pipeline from day one: a strong flow of marketing enquiries, a dedicated Business Development Manager, weekly planning approval data feeding automated nurture campaigns, a 33-year client database and an established trade network. Like all our designers, you'll also proactively nurture relationships and reach out to past clients and partners, which is how we've thrived through every market cycle.
About You:
• You have at least three years' experience designing and selling mid to high-end kitchens, and regularly close orders of £30,000 and above.
• You're design-led, with an elevated taste level and real pride in the details.
• You're commercially sharp, enjoy the consultative process of earning a client's trust, and are comfortable owning a sale from start to finish.
• You're ambitious and want to be a top earner, either already operating at £1m+ in annual design sales or determined to get there.
• You take ownership, follow through and honestly reflect on your own performance so you keep improving.
• You're proficient in Compusoft Winner, or a comparable kitchen CAD package, with a portfolio you're proud to share.
• You live within around 30 minutes of Winkfield and hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of German furniture, particularly Hacker Systemat and Concept130
• Familiarity with premium appliance brands
• Experience working with architects, builders or interior designers
• A local network across Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire or South West London
