What Will You Do?
As the Maintenance and Ops Admin Support, your role will be crucial in ensuring our facilities run like a well-oiled machine. You will:
Assist in the coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring timely responses to requests.
Manage administrative tasks related to operations, including scheduling and documentation.
Support the facilities team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Act as a point of contact for inquiries and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
Help manage inventory and supplies to keep everything running smoothly.
