Key Responsibilities
Manage enquiries and requests from customer accounts.
Process orders and quotations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines and service expectations are met.
Monitor ongoing project adhoc basis
Resolve issues efficiently and escalate where appropriate.
Support account performance through accurate reporting and administration.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Ensure all records and systems are maintained accurately.About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience in sales support, account coordination, administration or customer account management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
