Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting an industrial equipment manufacturing as they look to hire an experienced Electrical Assembly Team Leader.
Salary up to £50,000 for the right experience
Reporting into the manufacturing management team, the role will be responsible for the skilled electrical assembly team, with significant contribution to the overall production plan. The role is responsible for manufacturing performance, efficiency and quality, whilst managing people on a daily basis. There is the responsibility to train and guide apprentices within the team, whilst instilling a Lean & Continuous Improvement culture in the workshop.
To be considered for the role, you must have experience in Electrical Assembly / Electrical Engineering, ideally with a qualification to support your experience. You should've led a manufacturing function with an element of people leadership.
Experience required:
- L3 NVQ / HND / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with Assembly/Production processes as a Team Lead/Supervisor
- Proven people development and leadership experience
- Production scheduling or work planning experience
- Parts and stock availability management
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
