Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking organised, professional, and reliable School Administrators to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools throughout Stockton-on-Tees. Whether you're an experienced school administrator or have strong office and customer service experience looking to move into education, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day running of busy school offices while supporting staff, students, and parents.
About the Role:
As a School Administrator, your responsibilities may include:
Managing the reception area and welcoming visitors, parents, and pupils
Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
Providing general administrative support to school staff and senior leaders
Maintaining accurate pupil records and attendance data
Using school management systems such as SIMS, Bromcom or Arbor
Producing letters, reports and other school documentation
Supporting admissions, attendance and safeguarding administration
Carrying out general office duties including filing, photocopying and data entryYou'll have the opportunity to work across a range of school settings, allowing you to find the environment that best suits your skills and experience.

Requirements:
Previous administration experience (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
Experience using SIMS, Bromcom or Arbor is advantageous
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Two professional references covering the last two years
