The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Role of the site Manager:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities of the Site Manager include:
Managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Coordinating site activities and project sequencing
Monitoring programme, progress and quality
Ensuring high standards of health & safety
Managing site logistics and deliveries
Liaising with clients, consultants and the project team
Identifying and resolving issues on site
Ensuring a high-quality finish through to completion
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and commercially aware, with the ability to take ownership of a project and lead from the front.
Requirements of the Site Manager:
Proven experience as a Site Manager
Strong experience within fit-out and refurbishment
Ideally, experience within hotel, hospitality or high-end commercial projects
Excellent knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
Excellent health & safety awareness
Good communication and organisational skills
The ability to work under pressure and meet demanding programmes
A strong eye for detail and quality
A professional approach when dealing with clients and project teams
