Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a growing M&E contractor delivering projects across Kent, Surrey and West London?
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical installation projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll be responsible for managing programmes, site teams, subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The Role
* Manage mechanical projects from inception through to handover.
* Oversee site teams and mechanical subcontractors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Manage project programmes, procurement and resource allocation.
* Monitor project costs, progress and quality throughout the lifecycle.
* Chair progress meetings and provide regular project reports.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E or Building Services industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services installations, including HVAC, pipework and public health systems.
* Experience delivering commercial, public sector or refurbishment projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience delivering projects within HM Prisons or other secure environments.
* Current EL1 Security Clearance (preferred but not essential).
