The Role
You’ll play a key part in the administrative team, supporting with both front-of-house reception duties and wider admin support across the business.
This is a varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and being the go-to person for getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and post
* Meeting and greeting visitors, managing sign-in and building access
* Supporting meeting room bookings and set-up (including basic tech support)
* Maintaining diaries and coordinating room usage via Outlook
* Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
* Providing general administrative support across teams
* Assisting with document preparation, scanning, and filing
* Supporting internal systems and data entry
* Helping with event organisation and meeting coordination
* Providing cover for administrative colleagues where needed
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* A proactive, team-focused approach with the confidence to work independently
* Someone who understands the importance of confidentiality
