The successful professional will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and delivering excellent customer service as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager.
Benefits:
Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum, with performance-related bonuses as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager
42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8:00am-4:00pm) and a day off in the week when working a Saturday

Lead the operational management of the centre, ensuring high standards as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager
Manage a team of approximately 10 staff, including workshop personnel and front-of-house staff
Oversee stock control, ensuring proper inventory management
Enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
Maximise workshop workflow to optimise efficiency and profitability
Foster a positive customer experience and resolve any issues effectively
Support coaching, training, and development of team members
Drive sales growth while maintaining cost controls and ensuring compliance with all standardsRequirements:
Proven management experience within the automotive or retail sectors, ideally in a Fast-Fit or tyre centre environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager
Track record of achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
Excellent customer focus with a dedication to delivering outstanding service
Ability to develop a positive sales culture and enforce operational standards
Knowledge of stock management, health and safety compliance, and budget control
