As a History Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging pupils to develop a deeper understanding of significant historical events, periods and figures. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students to think critically, analyse historical sources and develop their own perspectives on the past.

The ideal History Teacher will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Have strong subject knowledge in History, with experience teaching across KS3 and KS4.
Be confident delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that encourage historical enquiry, critical thinking and classroom discussion.
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
Be reliable, adaptable and committed to supporting pupils' academic and personal development.
