The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

About the Position
You will take full responsibility for your Year 4 class, delivering a broad and engaging curriculum while creating a classroom where children feel confident, valued and motivated to learn.
You will be responsible for:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the Year 4 curriculum
Setting ambitious but achievable expectations for all pupils
Using assessment to identify gaps and inform future teaching
Differentiating lessons to meet a variety of learning needs
Establishing positive classroom routines and effective behaviour management
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Working alongside teaching assistants and other support staff
Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress
Communicating effectively with parents, carers and colleagues
Taking an active role in the wider school community
The Teacher We're Looking For
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, reflective and well-organised teacher who can build strong relationships with pupils and create a classroom culture based on curiosity, respect and high expectations.
You should have:
QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Excellent planning and classroom management skills
The ability to adapt teaching to different abilities and learning styles
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive and flexible approach
