You will play an important part in maintaining high standards of safety, organisation, and accuracy while supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide an efficient and courteous first point of contact for delivery personnel and third-party couriers
* Ensure full compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures
* Accurately process goods-in paperwork and maintain detailed records of stock movements
* Safely operate a Reach Truck to move, store, and organise stock within the warehouse
* Coordinate deliveries to relevant departments across the site efficiently
* Liaise with internal teams and suppliers regarding discrepancies, urgent deliveries, or samples
* Assist with stock checks and ensure accurate recording of all stock movements
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised goods-in and storage area
* Support waste management processes across the warehouse and production areas
* Ensure all goods handling and storage follows company best practice and health & safety standards
About You
We are looking for individuals who are:
* Hold a valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
* Experienced in a warehouse or goods-in environment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
* Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
* Numerate and literate with good record-keeping skills
* Self-motivated with a positive, “can do” attitude
* Flexible and willing to support a variety of warehouse tasks
* Strong team players
Working Hours:
* 5–6 days per week (weekend work required)
* Shift patterns to be confirmed
