Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations while working closely with multiple departments. You'll also be responsible for the day-to-day line management of two members of the administration team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supporting the Office Manager with the smooth running of the office.
* Line managing and mentoring two administrators.
* Liaising with departments across the business to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Preparing customer quotations and processing orders.
* Providing administrative support to the estimating team.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high standards of administration.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Previous experience in a senior administrative position.
* Experience supervising or managing a small team.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills with confidence working across different departments.
* A proactive, hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and office administration systems.
